Package is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
Each package includes one room for two adults, two full English breakfasts on 1st January, and two New Year’s Eve Gala tickets for 31st December.
Once booked, tickets are non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
Food choices for the New Year’s Eve Gala must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival.
As part of the check-in procedure, guests will be required to provide a physical payment card for pre-authorisation of £0.01.
The package is valid only for the night of 31st December and cannot be extended or split across multiple dates.
Standard hotel policies apply for check-in, check-out, and any additional charges.
